Terms and Conditions for The Bouquet Studio


These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") are the terms and conditions upon which The Bouquet Studio ("we/us") make this website ("The Bouquet Studio Site") available to you.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Bouquet Studio Site.

1. Products

1.1 All products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available for UK delivery only unless agreed prior.

1.2 Certain flower shades may vary

1.3 All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.

1.4 In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

1.5 Products on The Bouquet Studio website are not available for same day delivery.

2. Orders / Payment

2.1 During the order process, you will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate address and all payment details where required.

2.2 We accept payment via PayPal, payments can be made via Credit/Debit card via PayPal

3. Delivery

3.1 Except where stated, we aim to deliver all items within 4-6 weeks, delivery charges may vary dependant on size , weight and delivery address, certain locations may be charged at a higher or lower amount.

3.2 Delivery Services - Please note we are unable to make ANY same day deliveries.

3.3 Your intended delivery date will be confirmed. We may process orders received on Sundays or Public Holidays the next working day.

3.4 Delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays, orders will be delivered on the next working day.

3.5 To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

3.6 In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved, such as wedding venues, funeral directors, and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient

3.7 Please note that The Bouquet Studio is only responsible for delivering to the address you quote (or to a neighbour if no one is at home) we regret that where the goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual receiver refuses or fails to return item(s).

3.8 Where the delivery driver is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will deliver to a neighbour, leave in a secure location or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.

3.9 In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide at the time of placing your order.

3.10 Before placing your order, please review delivery information & prices.

4. Cancellation

4.1 Orders may be amended or cancelled but ONLY before work commences.

4.2 To amend or cancel your order, please contact The Bouquet Studio  using the contact details set out in Section 5 below.

4.3 Orders may not be cancelled on or after the requested order delivery date.

5.2  We advise you to make any complaint within 7 working days of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.

The information is provided by The Bouquet Studio and while we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.

Through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of The Bouquet Studio. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.

7. General

7.1 We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to The Bouquet Studio from time to time. We will post any changes on The Bouquet Studio site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the The Bouquet Studio site. Changes will be effective immediately after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions.

7.2 Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to The Bouquet Studio site at any time.

7.3 We shall ensure that we comply with the requirement of all current data protection legislation including, without limitation, the Data Protection Act 1998 (as replaced, modified or re-enacted from time to time). We shall only use personal data received from you for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and Conditions and as stated in our Privacy Policy.

7.4 A person who is not a party to the agreement between you and us has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions but this does not affect any right or remedy which exists apart from that Act.

7.5 In respect of fraudulent misrepresentation, this agreement (including any documents and instruments referred to herein) supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between you and us (whether written or oral) and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and us relating to the subject matter hereof.

7.6 Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the UK. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
